To ensure brand clarity and regulatory compliance, STELON INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT CO., LTD hereby clarifies the differences in our official logo usage between Mainland China and European markets:

1. Logo Used in Europe:

   • This logo design has been successfully registered as a trademark in relevant European jurisdictions (e.g., the European Union Intellectual Property Office – EUIPO) and is approved for use. It represents [Your Company Name]’s brand identity in the European market.

2. Logo Used in Mainland China:

   • We place high importance on brand integrity and regulatory compliance in the Chinese market. We proactively submitted our original logo (the European version) for trademark registration to the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA).

3. During the application process, we received feedback indicating that the original logo design might not be eligible for trademark registration in Mainland China for the following reason: conflict with prior rights.Respecting China’s laws, regulations, and intellectual property principles, we proactively engaged in multiple rounds of communication, submitted supplementary materials, and implemented design modifications.

Following careful negotiation and adjustments made in full compliance with CNIPA requirements, we finalized the logo version currently used in Mainland China (as shown below/described in detail below). This version has been formally registered as a trademark with the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) and is the sole official logo legally authorized for use within Mainland China.
