3.1 Single-Blade Dressing Blade
L-Series
In the resistance spot welding electrode dressing process, single-blade dressing blades are widely used in various stationary and robot-integrated dressing units due to their compact structure, quick blade replacement and low maintenance cost. Stelon single-blade dressing blades (special tool steel version) adhere to German-style precision manufacturing standards. They are made of high-quality special tool steel as the base material, manufactured through precision forming and gradient heat treatment processes. While maintaining sharp cutting performance of the edges, they feature excellent toughness and impact resistance, effectively absorbing the impact load at the moment of cutting-in during dressing, reducing the risks of edge chipping and fracture. They are especially suitable for welding production environments with large working condition fluctuations and obvious impact loads.
