3.4 Double-Edge Dressing Blade S
D-Series **
Special Alloy Steel Cutting Edge · Built for High-Frequency Dressing Conditions
In the automated welding dressing process, blades not only need to maintain sharp cutting edges, but also withstand high-frequency cutting, impact loads and friction with the electrode end face. Stelon double-edge dressing blades are made of special alloy steel. Through alloying element strengthening and precision heat treatment, they achieve higher hardness, better wear resistance and superior fatigue resistance. Compared with conventional special material steel, the special alloy steel version is more suitable for high-cycle, high-intensity and continuous-operation dressing stations. It can significantly extend blade service life, reduce replacement frequency and help customers lower electrode maintenance costs.
