In response to the demand for high-precision and high-cycle electrode dressing, Stelon double-edge dressing cutter holder is specially designed for double-edge dressing blades. It adopts a symmetrical positioning and clamping structure to ensure balanced cutting force on both edges. During dressing, the electrode end face bears uniform force and is not prone to deflection, achieving higher end face flatness and coaxiality. The cutter holder adopts a high-strength base and precision machining technology, with excellent rigidity and vibration resistance, and can stably carry high-frequency dressing loads. It is the core supporting component of high-precision dressing units in automated welding workshops.
